1st press release from the office of Governor TBD:

“Good afternoon, distinguished gentlemen of Evergreen Boys State!

First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who placed your trust and faith in me. It is an incredible honor to stand before you today as your newly elected Governor. Your support means the world to me, and I assure you that I will work tirelessly to live up to the expectations you have placed in me.

Today, as we gather here, let us leave behind the divisions of yesterday and embrace the unity and strength that comes from working together. Regardless of our party affiliations or city alignments, the true essence of leadership lies in collaboration and inclusivity. It is only by joining forces that we can propel our great state of Evergreen towards unprecedented heights.

Throughout the past few days, I have implored you to vote for Ryan Chen to make Evergreen Boys State a 10 out of 10. I stand by that statement wholeheartedly, and I want you to know that I am a man of action. Together with my dedicated staff, we are already hard at work, diligently crafting bipartisan bills that reflect the values and ideas of both the Adams and Rainier parties.

I understand the importance of representation and ensuring that every voice is heard. That is why I am committed to creating legislation that addresses the needs and aspirations of all Evergreen Boys State participants, regardless of party affiliation. By working across party lines, we can find common ground, build bridges, and enact meaningful change that benefits each and every one of you.

But words alone are not enough. It is through action that we truly create an impact. I promise my staff and I will leave no stone unturned in our pursuit of excellence. We will work tirelessly to turn our shared vision of an exceptional Evergreen Boys State experience into a tangible reality.

So, let us forge ahead hand in hand, united in our commitment to making Evergreen the best it has ever been. Together, we will break down barriers, champion inclusivity, and demonstrate the power of collaboration. I am humbled to lead this charge, and I invite each and every one of you to join me on this remarkable journey.

Thank you once again for your trust, and together, let’s create a legacy that will be remembered for years to come.”

Warm regards,

Governor Ryan Chen
