The Flag of the City of Maple

“Our maple flag’s vibrant colors unveil the essence of Cascadia.  The green embodies the thriving forage and wildlife, a testament to the Evegreen’s state’s transformative journey over the seasons.  A serene blue reflects the ethereal tranquility of the Puget Sound. Lastly, the pristine white represents justice and purity, indicating some of our core ideals.

Emblazoned with five maple leaves, we honor all who hold importance in our community, for these leaves symbolize the five pillars of the Maple community.  Compassion, an eternal wish for the unending success of our fellow maples.  Integrity, a radiant inner light guiding us towards honor and truth.  Empathy, a gently embrace bridging divides, fostering compassion and affirming our shared humanity.  Unity, a powerful bond that unites us, fortifying our collective spirit and propelling us towards a vision of harmony and collaboration.  And the treasure of our ability, our final pillar, unlocking infinite possibilities, empowering us to unleash our true potential and achieve extraordinary feats.

Through our maple flag, Cascadia’s vibrant tapestry unfurls, reminding us of our interconnectedness, values, and boundless capabilities.  It beckons us to embrace compassion, integrity, empathy, unity, and ability as guiding principles, forging a future steeped in solidarity and remarkable achievement.”
