If someone would’ve asked me if I was interested in our government last year, I would have said no because of all the tension and hackneyed insults against each party. But this past year I took AP U.S. history and have started to seriously follow politic, better understanding the history of our country. I’ve been so involved in my school community and now after high school, I want to be involved in my community still find someway to change things for the better. I want to change this state too, for the better. I care most about kindness, fairness, education, and the welfare of everyone.

I am running for attorney General because I want to get into law after college and I believe this will be a tremendous first step into the field of law. I have the interest, leadership and interpersonal skills, and the drive to serve on our Supreme Court. Make a good choice for Evergreen, and elect David Abramowitz for Supreme Court.

Mr. Marshall Byington from the City of OakI hail from the city of Lacey, WA, just a small distance southeast of Olympia. I was born in Richland, WA and consider the East side of the state a part of my identity. At thirteen, I earned my Technicians Amateur Radio License. At fifteen, I earned the Eagle Scout Award. At seventeen, just this past year, I earned the Washington State Seal of Biliteracy. The latter is my favorite award, as I actually working for it according to my expectations and no one else’s. I am involved with National Honors Society. Thank you for allowing me to be on your future Supreme Court!

I have been involved in government and leadership activities for years. I am the school’s ASB President, I am a member of the National Honors Society, I am the Band President, I took part in multiple Leadership retreats, I was the Class of 2019’s Vice President for two years, and my job as a Silverwood ride operator involves a heavy amount of teamwork, leadership, and focus. I have gained a significant amount of leadership experience in my life. I believe that because of this, I am qualified for the position of Supreme Court Justice.
