Steady Spruce is the official flag of the City of Spruce. The top left corner with the tree represents the city of Spruce with a Spruce Tree. The three S’s represents the three cities in Cascade County, with the Center S being green representing the central location of the city Spruce, and how the city of Spruce is the central pillar of Cascade County. The other S’s represent the other cities. The green and brown represent the colors of the Spruce trees the city is named after.
